Do I have to pay before you take my details?+
Payment reserves the board. After checkout, you can send your message, city, date, and photo. If the date is unavailable, the business says it will move the booking or issue a full refund.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
BDAY Billboards recommends 48–72 hours. Same-week bookings may be possible depending on availability, and holiday weekends can fill quickly.
Do I need to design anything?+
No. Send a photo and message, and BDAY Billboards designs the creative at no additional cost. You can also provide your own design.
How long does my message display per rotation?+
Messages typically display for 8 seconds every 30–60 seconds, repeating throughout the run window.
What if it rains or the board has a technical issue?+
Digital boards run rain or shine. If a technical outage causes the message not to display, BDAY Billboards says it will reschedule the run or issue a full refund.
Do you do other cities?+
Yes. The business names Washington, DC, New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas as active markets and says it can source boards in many other U.S. cities.
